Our body keeps talking to us whether we pay attention or dont.Commiting to a daily listening practice can ideally change your health and might change imbalances before they develop into illness.Its very important to be in the present by taking a deep breath and asking your body How do you feel today?Do i have any discomfort or pain?How is my energy?This practice can change your attitute towards your body when we are stressed and less energetic .Its is not only simple ,fast and free but will also keep you updated about your health from time to time.
