LISTEN TO YOUR BODY
Our body keeps talking to us whether we pay attention or dont.Commiting to a daily listening practice can ideally change your health and might change imbalances before they develop into illness.Its very important to be in the present by taking a deep breath and asking your body How do you feel today?Do i have any discomfort or pain?How is my energy?This practice can change your attitute towards your body when we are stressed and less energetic .Its is not only simple ,fast and free but will also keep you updated about your health from time to time.
Do you believe in talking to yourself for some time can help you ?

oh yes. I've been talking to myself since childhood! Mom never had to worry about leaving me alone :D

Funny you should write about it....just 2 days ago I was speaking to a doctor friend and she told me evrytime I feel anxiety or fear or tensed, I should start talking to myself and discuss with myself the feeling in depth.
The negative thoughts go away. What a coincidence.

I try doing yoga sometimes and i think it really works!!!!

listening to ones self is the best thing one can do for himself/herself. But, this is the last thing on our minds when we are racing against time..
